We Build It, and We Keep It

Most builders hand you the keys and disappear. We never liked that ending.

Seaboard Builders has always been a family business. Todd and I founded it in 2015, and we build new custom homes and luxury renovations from the Jersey Shore to the Palm Beaches. Over the years, something kept happening: clients would call us long after the build was done. Not because anything went wrong, but because we were the people who knew their home. We knew the systems, we knew the crew who built it, and we knew who to send when something needed attention.

So we made that official. Seaboard Home Concierge is the builder who stays after the build.

How Seaboard Home Concierge Works

It works the way you'd expect from people who built the place: regular walk-throughs of your home, an eye on the systems that keep it running, and a crew that can fix what a walk-through finds, not a stranger with a checklist.

That crew is the same one behind our shore home renovations and luxury bathroom remodels, so the people looking at your tile, trim, and windows are the people who know how they went in. And because we are builders, a damp corner spotted on a walk-through doesn't become a hunt for another contractor. We handle mold remediation in New Jersey and in South Florida ourselves.

One Home or Both, New Jersey and Florida

So many of our clients live in two places the way we do, a house at the shore and another in the sun. Home Concierge covers one home or both of them, New Jersey and Florida, with the same team in each, the one that builds custom homes in South Florida and on the Jersey Shore.

Built by Us, Kept by Us

That's really the whole idea. We build it, and we keep it.

Some of our greatest friendships began with a set of blueprints. We'd like to keep them going long after the last walkthrough.

If you'd like to talk about a home you're building, or one you'd like looked after, we'd love to hear from you. Reach out to our team, or see the homes we have built first.
